Mike Mordaga
Director Business Development
Mike began his career in law enforcement in the late 70’s and retired, after thirty-plus years of service, as Chief of Detectives for Bergen County, New Jersey.  As Chief, Mike oversaw all criminal investigations in the county which has the approximate population of one million.  During Mikes thirty year career he became one of Bergen Counties most highly decorated Law Enforcement Officers, earning more than 150 awards and commendations.

Much of Mike's success can he attributed to his commitment to the community.  Mike has always worked with community leaders, churches, and children.  He is the founder of the Police Athletic League of Bergen County, which for years has kept kids off the streets and out of trouble. 

Aside from Mike's law enforcement career, he has been involved in private sector security consulting. His expertise has involved the pharmaceutical industry, hospital, warehousing, media, and commercial real estate issues.Security was formed as part of Control Group, one of the nation’s largest, privately owned facility support providers.

Anthony X. Constantino, CPP
Vice President
A. X. Constantino has over 40 years of security experience. Prior to joining Control Security he enjoyed key positions with the some of the world’s largest security firms.  Past responsibilities have included: overseeing nuclear facilities, the Eastern and Southern Districts’ Court Security Officers, Fortune 500 Companies and Director of Safety/Security for a major metropolitan hospital. 

Mr. Constantino holds a CPP designation from ASIS International. He was a board member for several years with ALDONY’S and a four time ASIS Chapter Chairman. Mr. Constantino is also a certified SORA Instructor.

Tony Della Bovie
President, Commercial Services Division
Tony brings a depth of management experience unique to the service industry.  His expertise includes over 25 years of practical operations experience in a variety of service environments, such as commercial office buildings, retail stores, malls, schools and airports. His insight into the intricacies of each of the service environments insures that our customers’ service requirements are met, and exceeded, on a daily basis.

He has been an innovative force in the service industry because he believes in providing our customers with a service level that exceeds their expectations.  Now he is bringing his strong customer driven philosophy to Control Security, striving to continually improve the delivery of service systems to both clients and individual site managers.  Tony is a member of The American Society for Industrial Security.

Stephen Schhuler
Director, Training
Stephen Schuler has more than ten years of teaching, training and coaching experience.  He began his career as an instructor with the Connecticut State Department of Education.  Steve is now designing, developing and delivering both on-line and classroom style course to further enhance for our most valuable asset, our employees.  

Steve has geared our curriculum to enable our employees to enhance their skill set and further themselves within the organization.   During his free time, Steve also enjoys doing volunteer work with the elderly.
